TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favorite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. Having raised our first-ever funding round, and with events opening up around the world, we are looking forward to a strong end of the year and a very exciting 2022; swapping tickets, launching in new countries, and rolling out new product features.
Currently, over 50% of our target audience in the Netherlands is using TicketSwap and we have over 5 million registered users across the globe. Our goal is to make buying and selling second-hand tickets easy, honest and safe all over the world, for all events. To continue on this mission, we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Partnerships Manager to help us in forging long-term relationships with Dutch ticketing companies, event organizers, and venues.

What you can expect from the work
Create and own the account management strategy to utilize the Dutch market
Manage relationships with Dutch key account partners, by identifying their needs and translating them into added value
See/feel the different needs of our partners and think outside the box to personalize every partnership on a different level
Work closely with business developers to identify and nurture partnership renewals and close growth opportunities
Spot and identify market trends and translate them into partner valued features to remain ahead of the competition
Travel is required to build relationships at events and conferences to contribute to the bigger goal: maintaining Partnerships
Closely collaborate with other Partnerships Managers in an international team of ambitious people

About you
You can speak and write Dutch fluently
You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the ticketing or live events industry
You’re able to understand the exact needs of a partner. You know how to respond and are able to come up with creative solutions/ideas and stand by them
You’re an ambitious, energetic, and positive person
You’ve got a commercial mindset and are numbers driven
You’re described as a strong communicator and a real problem solver
